Looks like a small incremental upgrade to the build number as well.

It is supposed to bring the phone so anyone who has one may check for problems there.

Microsoft has a sticky on their forums asking if anyone is having problems....

So far mine is OK but these types of updates should not really need the attention they seem to get. When it changes the basic build that would be notable.

I think, just the first one in the list of supposed fixes, makes this update worth mentioning.
Improved reliability for Internet Explorer 11, .NET Framework, wireless LAN, Microsoft Edge, Windows Update, logon, Bluetooth, network connectivity, map apps, video playback, Cortana, USB, Windows Explorer, and Narrator.
We've seen a lot of complaints about these issues. If it helps, even some, it'll be a welcome update.

Did mine yesterday. The only problem I saw was that after a reboot I couldn't get the free version of Malwarebytes to start. Well I did eventually but not until I had clicked on the icon 6 times. Then it finally started. PC is running fine since.
