I cannot get the video portion of my Helix dock station (DisplayLink) to work -- I did install the DisplayLink Core Software from Windows update. All other parts (sound, network, usb, etc.) of the DisplayLink dock work just fine. I have to use my VGA dongle to use my external display.

Windows Update does not always install optimal drivers you may have to use the drivers supplied by the manufacturer.

I appreciate your reply. I had previously tried this page but the installer had an OS version check that should not let the install proceed. However, I did a little more digging and found DisplayLink had posted an Alpha driver for Windows 10. http://www.displaylink.com/support/ticket.php?id=376 DisplayLink is now working for me.
