Hi
When i go to my downloads and delete a file RIGHT CLICK DELETE is everything deleted or is there
some hiding files on my computer somewhere ?

If you are downloading media files, YES.
If you are downloading installation files and then installed those files, NO.

You still have the installed application on your machine. You will then need to uninstall those applications to remove them.​

where do i uninstall application files in the download area?

Download is a temporary location for file storage of any file you have downloaded. If you install an application the installed files are then place in their appropriate locations within your system. The only files in download are those that were downloaded.

For application removal go to [ Settings >> Apps ] or [ Control Panel >> Programs >> Programs and Features ].
There you will see a list of all your installed applications.

Many installed application also have a uninstall link in the Start Menu under the application name folder.
