Giant transparent pink square on my computer

I've encountered a problem where my computer has a giant transparent pink square. I've tried using Windows key + Ctrl + Shift + B, but the pink intensifies and other areas briefly turn black.
Sometimes the pink square starts small and gradually becomes deeper pink until it randomly resets and starts intensifying again.

Even when no applications are open, the pink square persists.
