Have To Re-install Applications When Upgrade?

do I have 2 re-install all my applications I have running on windows 7 PC when I upgrade to windows 10?

No.
Upgrade install allows you to keep your files, settings and most of your apps.
I said most of them because some might not be compatible with Win 10, and therefore they are removed or turned inactive.

Only when you do a clean install will you need to reinstall all your apps.
