SOLVED How Boot to bios with windows 10 toshiba cl15-c1310

hello,
i'm having hard time to solve the reboot and select proper boot device on a toshiba cl15-c1310 with windows 10 that now crash.
try all fucntion key with and without fn, try del none works. please advise

Shut the computer down, then press and hold F2 while pressing the power button. Do not release the F2 key until the BIOS screen appears.
