How can I add new tile to W 10 desk top.

Why? I don't think you can do that...a 'tile' is just a specialized icon for an application. No application, nothing to add.

Go to the Store and grab (search for) Tile creator. It needs another small program , available for download with full instructions as to how to install and use it.

Excellent! Just what I thought it would have to do...a dummy (proxy) App to enable a tile to exist.
