How do I make shorth-cut label black?

These are the labels I want to make black instead of transparent

Some shortcut icons have Properties on their right-click and a choice is to change the icon, sometimes there will be other choices if the creators of the program have included them, Windows may have others choices and one could always use Paint to edit or create new .ico files and save in a .dll file then look in it. It's been a number of years since I worked on that and memory bank losing some indexing.
