How to Add Paint 3D to the "Open With" Menu in Windows 10

When I right-click on a .JPG or .PNG file in Windows Explorer, Paint 3D does not appear as an option in the "Open with" menu, even after selecting "Choose Another App," "More Apps," and scrolling down. However, Paint 3D does show up in the Start Menu list of all programs.

How can I add Paint 3D to the "Open With" menu choices for these file types?
