Adding Images to Microsoft Servers for Windows Spotlight and Wallpaper Libraries

I have so many beautiful pictures of my country that I would like to share as Windows lock screen and wallpaper images. Is there a procedure to submit new images to the Microsoft servers so they can be used or shared with Windows users globally? Thank you!

You'd have to present the proposal to Microsoft. This forum is for us volunteers to help others and not actually part of Microsoft, we seldom, if ever, know if anyone from Microsoft are viewing.
