How do I return these notifications to normal size in the bottom right?

Right click on the app you want to resize --> [Resize] -->> choose the size you want

This looks like tablet mode or you are set to full screen. Change full screen here:

Don't worry the notifications have gone back to normal, it had nothing to do with the app sizes or tablet mode, I just switched it so a notification would come up.
