I have forgotten, how to customize the menu, when start button right clicked.
Especially I want to add a link for Control Panel\All Control Panel Items.

You can do it by manually changing the items in the registry. It is a clumsy process (I've tried I!).

I have used this type of registry setting. It gets reset after certain updates.

In Windows 10 most of the settings to customize Start menu are available in the Personalization Settings. To reach there you need to

Launch Settings app by press WIN + I keys
Click on Personalization
Switch to Start tab. Here you will find a different setting to customize Start menu.
