I’m experiencing internet issues since my father installed a new router. My connection, which used to be stable at 250 Mbps via an Ethernet cable, is now fluctuating between 95 Mbps and lower. This happens whether the cable is connected to the main switch or directly to the router.
I've tried reconnecting cables, rebooting my computer, and troubleshooting, but the problem persists with speeds of 95 Mbps down and 25 Mbps up. Other devices get 250 Mbps, and I’m unsure if this is a hardware issue with the switch or something else.
Could this be related to the switch box or a hardware problem? My system specs are AMD Ryzen 7 5800X with 64 GB RAM.
