Inverted keys & mysterious layout?

Hi all, iam italian, so i have a qwerty italian keyboard and language :italian set on my win 10.

Now, i realized that some keys are inverted. "<" with "\" and vice versa.
Maybe there are some other keys inverted but i would like to focus on these at first.
I tried every possible combination (language/keyboard) but i was unsuccesfull in having the right keyboard layout.

I also tried with a different bloototh keyboard....

I was unable to find something useful to solve the issue.
Somebody please can help me?
