issue with playing Roblox on my new Windows 10 laptop

I bought an Acer Nitro 5 AN515-58 and everything seems to be working fine.When I install Roblox, it appears to install correctly. However, when I attempt to join a game, I can't see any Roblox program opening. It instantly closes. I've tried everything I can think of. Can you please help me fix this problem?
