Persistent Headphone Issues on Laptop

For years, my laptop has had headphone problems. When I connect Bluetooth headphones, they initially work fine, but after a few seconds, a blue screen appears, and the laptop restarts. Despite trying various troubleshooting steps like updating drivers and using different headphones, the issue remains unresolved. Even more when using wired headphones sound plays through both the headphones and the laptop's speakers simultaneously. These issues have persisted since I first got the laptop, and I'm seeking assistance in resolving them. Thank you.
