When attempting to skype, etc., I get a blue screen with this stop command. Have tried to update camera driver, scanned files, checked memory, all the suggestions online. Also had remote with a tech, he suggested some of these and the sites. It appears to be related to Windows 10 and the drivers.

Without actually seeing the error, the only thing to do is guess, so this is a shot in the dark.

In order to perhaps try to see what is actually going wrong, you could post the event manager screenshots/pictures of this error.

For the error information you should post along with screenshots or pictures of error see https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/hardware/ff538869(v=vs.85).aspx

For my uneducated guess, We will be looking at Disabling driver signature enforcement.

This of course should not be kept disabled permanently, but it will help you to troubleshoot the issue further.

  1. Press the Win + C and click on PC settings.
  2. Switch over to the “Update & recovery” section.
  3. Then click on the Recovery option on the left hand side.
  4. Once selected, you will see an advanced startup section appear on the right hand side. You will need to click on the “Restart now” button.
  5. Once your Computer has rebooted you will need to choose the Troubleshoot option.
  6. Go into Advanced options.
  7. Then Startup Settings.
  8. Since we are modifying boot time configuration settings, you will need to restart your computer one last time.
  9. Here you will be given a list of startup settings that you can change. The one we are looking for is “Disable driver signature enforcement”. To select the setting, you will need to press the F7 key.

Lets us know what happens and come back with more information.
