Keyboard problems

My PC doesn’t have the PCI Simple Communications Controller driver. Is it possible that this is causing my keyboard to repeat keys and turn off and on randomly?

Anything's possible (or so they say).
If you have a spare keyboard you could plug it in and give it a try for a couple of days.
