Keyboard with delay on Windows 10

I am having trouble with keyboard on windows 10. Keyboard is not following my typing speed and it repeatssss the same letter. Alreaddddy cheeecked Ease of Access, and the filter keys are tttturned off..
Annnnybody having this issue???? Please help.

Need more information on your PC....is it a desktop or laptop?

Check your keyboard settings. Control panel "Keyboard" and adjust to your typing speed.
These are my Win 10 keyboard default settings, I'm not fast at typing but I'm happy with the default settings.
