When I type an upper case J on my keyboard (Shift + j), it is ignored. Tried a new keyboard with no luck. I suspect it may be assigned somewhere as a hotkey? but can't get a list of custom hotkeys. Any ideas how to make my j work normal?
Windows 10 64-bit OS. Thanks.

Just curious, can you get the Upper case J by pressing Caps Lock then typing it? Is the machine a Notebook/Laptop or Desktop?

Sorry Bighorn, I should have mentioned... Yes, using the caps lock is how I have to do it right now. I'm on a Dell Inspirion laptop.

Does the Shift key work on other letters? Is it a Notebook or Desktop? If it's a Notebook the NumLk function may be involved.
