Minimal Installation of Windows 10 or 11

I find that my computer is absolutely crippled with bloatware, both third party and bloatware that comes with Windows. I have read there is a way to perform a Minimal vs Full installation of Windows. Minimal installation would not instal the bloatware. Is anyone familiar with this process? If so could you provide any particulars?

I'm Runnin Windows 10 Home on a Dell Inspiron laptop i7-7500U CPU, 8 GB RAM, 64 bit operating system, x64-based processor.
