Trusted Security Problem deleting folders/files from previous installation

Windows 10: This is kind of weird: my old Windows crashed, on installation of new Windows version it asked if I wanted to save data from old c: drive and then created a file on a secondary disk and it included the old Windows and Programs\ Files directories. Now I need the disk space but it won't allow me to delete these old directories or most of the files on the secondary drive with the Trusted Security problem. I'm the Administrator of the box but I have not been able to figure out how to do this. Note, the crash was in 2020 so not sure if the original version of Windows newly installed was 10 or previous version. The crashed version files were Windows 8 or perhaps 7. Thanks
