Missing Files and Apps from user account on laptop

All of my files and apps have disappeared from my user account. After not using my laptop for about two months, I reopened it to find everything gone. Files outside of my user account are still intact, but all apps and data within the user account have vanished. Despite this, saved passwords and browsing history in Opera GX remained after I redownloaded it, even though I haven't signed into my account.

Old apps like Minecraft and Roblox appear as shortcuts but won't open since the actual apps are missing. Recent files show up in the search bar history but are unopenable. The only data left in my user account is in the AppData folder, along with the WhatsApp application and Riot Client.

Can someone help me recover my files and apps?
