No right click on taskbar

Hi All, I have no right click functionality on the taskbar. I recently reinstalled windows 10 after a catastrophic failure. I'm running the same version as before and the same version as another PC which works fine. I've tried the fixes I've found online: regedit, powershell but still nothing. Is there anything else I could copy over from the other PC that would fix it or any other secrets I should know? Any help much appreciated.
