Opening files with a right-mouse click does not work.

When trying to open a file with a rightmouse-click, the system shows after a few seconds first a black screen and afterthat returns to the general desktop screen. This happens with all files, independent of the file format. I use Windows Home 10 version 1607 (build 14393.693) with ASUS A751S hardware (64-bits). What causes this problem, and how can I solve it ?
