SOLVED Files Explorer & AVG Not opening.

I bought and built from scratch a new computer around three months ago, and a problem has been rearing its ugly head more and more since I finished putting it together. I'm completely unable to open either the file explorer, AVG or even command prompt. The only way I can get into my file explorer is my right-clicking an icon in my start bar, going to show file location and it'll open, but right clicking any file freezes it for a good 20 seconds, this also happens when I right click AVG's shortcut on my desktop.

AVG is still running in my task manager, I just can't open it.

[Trouble]

Quite alright.
I've been back and forth on AVG so many times I can't count them.
Used to love it, then I hated it, then I loved it again and now I hate it.
Many third party security suites can impact Windows 10 in a multitude of ways.
A good place to look first when troubleshooting issues with the Operating System.
