PIN not accepted

Had trouble with OneDrive and had to uninstall it. Now when I try to reinstall the app from MS Store I need to verify who I am. My PIN is not accepted and when I try to reset my PIN it still asks for the PIN which of course it still says is incorrect. Have lots of trouble with signing in.
1. Do I need OneDrive. 2. How can I fix these sign in problems. TIA
