Curious if anyone else has had this problem. I just got a new Acer Aspire laptop a week and a half ago. During that time I've used the same pin or password whatever you want to call it to enter on the screen after it falls asleep to wake it again. The other day I was using it and I log on to surf the web. I put it down for 10 minutes to do something else and when I came back to enter the exact same password it said that the password or pin I entered was incorrect. Is this a software issue? Just some weird glitch? What is the get around?

HI Jonas,
did you check to see if "Shift lock" was on?, are you using a local account of an MS/Google account?.
