How to make a script to add textbox when the on click button is click and grab the user input in the textbox.

thanks for the link clifford_cooley, now i know how to use the param.
but my problem is. like i have a command button to add textbox automatic when i click the add button and also get the user input in the new textbox.
like click the add buttons 10 or 100 times.
dont know what the command to add the textbox automatically
