My Admin Login Profile disappeared after other Admin user tried to transfer files from cellphone. They said a OneDrive popup window requested they had to "sign in" to proceed. They chose an option like "Create New Profile", or something similar, since they had no clue what to login as. Not sure if that enabled them to complete their transfer or not, but now my Windows 10 login profile no longer appears on Logon screen.

Have you check C:\Users for your profile folder?
It's possible that whatever they did during the process, change you local account to a Microsoft Account and you may need to revert that change back.
Be careful and make sure you keep another local admin account or minimally enable the hidden administrator account to protect against things going south from here.
