Runtime Broker

How to stop "Runtime Broker" from running constantly in the background.

Running win 10 Home 32 bit upgraded from Win 7 Home Premium

Same problem here. I read that its normal process both win 10 throw message error about low memory...

It's a tough one to get a handle on. The memory leak was prevalent in Windows 8 also.
