I cant get Internet Explorer any longer as I get the message 'the application has failed to start because
its side by side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command
line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail'. This only started after an automatic upgrade of Windows 10
was downloaded and I have tried to delete that but that hasn't worked either. I have wasted days trying
to fix this - what should I do now ? I tried to delete the latest windows upgrade but it said it may have
already been deleted even though it is still listed in the control panel apps.
