I've updated both of my IP computers, got the latest Version 1809 Build 18252.1000 on them.

Being of rather dubious sound mind I did not fully Move the User Folders to the second partition preferring to keep them as installed but Copying the files to the second partition [D:] and Moving some to an External drive. The biggest issue is with Downloads and I've redirected my Browsers to that Folder on the second partition [D:] to keep from filling up the C: partition. For location identification my downloads go into D:\~Downloads.

I am having a little problem trying to understand who, currently in the Insider Program, would be in a position to test this revised build. I assume most folks have moved on but will it be folks who have not already moved to 17763 or might it look like to an upgrade to folks who already have it?

just now 17763.104
It seems to be the second re-release. Not a good sign that Microsoft was not able to correct a problem/s with the first one.

I suppose it will be at least another week before the public sees it....

OOPS, my bad, should have said I'm on the Fast Ring with Version 1809 Build 18252.1000 and the afore-mentioned build is for the Slow Ring.

The .iso is currently available to the public. I have not seen it on Windows update.

I suspect that @Gideon is referring to Insiders that are still on the "Release Preview" ring of the program are getting early releases of coming Cumulative Updates headed to folks who have already adopted the RTM of 1809.

Anybody know what KB4469342 was for, I don't see it in the catalog. I do expect tomorrow will be the day they put 1809 back in the Windows Update stack for the public...

IDK, when you click it in Windows Update History all you get is a 404 (under construction) page.
All I do know is that when I received it on my Insider Preview (Release Preview Ring) machine I also received another update along with it.

The KB4470788 is suppose to be a servicing stack update, which I assume all means that they are both related to a Cumulative Update soon to be rolled out for the rest of Windows 10 1809 machines running 17763.134
AND
They're testing it on all us Crash Test Dummies.
