New
tried to update but got a lot of repetitions and gave up. This is my 3rd best hard drive which tested ok but may not be quite good enough. I updated my best drive to the latest 17763 with no problems

Failed to install the first two times, running now for the third time.
At least they have released an ISO for this version

It's been going on for a while now. It's listed in the "Known Issues" section of the last two flights of the 19H1 builds
Some users will notice the update status cycling between Getting Things Ready, Downloading, and Installing. This is often accompanied with error 0x8024200d caused by a failed express package download.
So one might assume that at some point it will be addressed and corrected.
Hope springs eternal. :)

I didn't watch "how long" both of my IP computers took, started them last evening, went to bed after 10 and checked them about 7am, ready for the Restart and seemed to go okay. Against any future issues I've downloaded the .iso file. My Internet did have some issues during the 12pm to 9am period that interfered with access of various sites such as TVGuide and DistroWatch.org but was working fine after about noon today when I got back home. Since those are pretty much innocent sites I thought maybe it was a DDoS like my Hosting Service got hit with a few days ago.
