SOLVED Solution for Ethernet doesn't have a valid IP configuration?

I'm facing connect issue & having this error "ethernet doesn't have a valid IP configuration" on my system. What can be the possible solution? I tried several solutions from the web but none of them is working.

do an ipconfig /all and post the results to start with.

Whenever I have received this error I shut down the computer, router, and modem. Then restart in this order. Modem, router, computer. That always fixes the issue for me.

That restart is the right order. But still what is ipconfig for the ethernet adapter showing when you are in the error state.

I tried it but it failed with me. Then I try like this and fix it successfully.
