Start Button Crash: Desktop Restarts When Clicked

Whenever I click the Start button, it fails to open and instead crashes the desktop, causing the background, icons, and taskbar to restart. Restarting the PC doesn’t resolve the issue. I'm using Windows 10 22H2, updated to build 19045.4713, and I’m enrolled in the Beta channel of the Windows Insider Program.

Has anyone else encountered this problem? If so, please share your experience.
