I recently performed an update to my wifi driver and BIOS as the dell website indicated they were urgent updates. Since then, I've been dropping wifi frequently requiring restarts and repair wizard which none have yielded lasting results (no other computer on the wifi network is having difficulty). I think the last step I did was to try to uninstall and reinstall the driver, downloaded from the dell website, and now after logging into windows my cursor turns to spinning blue circle and I am unable to open start menu. I no longer have working wifi and my laptop is without ethernet port. I unfortunately do not have a restore point created but was able to login via safe mode to remove important documents.
