From Yesterday I'm having this problem. After Startup after entering Password/PIN the Desktop is not loading, taskbar, Settings App are not loading.
From Task Manager I can open the explorer window (My PC etc)
explorer.exe was in crash loop at first, Now its just crashing if I start from Task Manager as a new task.
I've tried Sfc /scannow : It says '...found some corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.....'
I tried the 'DISM /Online /cleanup-image /restore health' that halted at 'error0x800f081f'
Please if Anyone has any idea I'll be very grateful.
Also My Hard Drive is Old now so maybe that has something to do with it.
