Start Menu Problems

I've been trying to tidy up my Start Menu. I have moved all items under:-
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
into folders which suit me.
The problem is that there remain a lot of items on my Start menu which now aren't in those folders, and despite searching I can't find them anywhere under C:].
Any ideas where they might be?

Start menu now:-

ProgramData\Start Menu\Programs:

Users\...\Start Menu\Programs:

The items which show on the Start Menu can't be found when I search for them in File Explorer.
Help appreciated!

You will probably find the remainder in:

C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs

Not my buisness why you want to move the start contents to another folder, but, if you start moving system files you may run into several path problems when using programs.

Thank you. No, they are not there. What puzzles me is that if I do a search for - say - "camera" in all of C:\ it isn't found. I suspect it might be a redundant entry in the registry, so I shall spend time finding out where that may be.
