Streamline Windows 10.

For those who have used it before, and, also for new users , a reminder of a very useful site. It is updated to Windows 10. I have always had confidence in his recommendations. I disabled all the items which he had listed for that, and my OS very apparently ran a little faster. But, disable these items with caution! There may be some functions you are using which need them.

Update on the previous. Do not disable the "Update Orchestrator Service". In Windows 10, this apparently stops the updates entirely.
