Windows 10 Activation Error 5

Trying to just Install and Activate my Windows 10 Pro Addition. So far with no Success. I am trying real hard and have searched the Internet for this Fix.
I get 0xc0000022 Error
I have tried Activating via CMD as Administrator
error 5 Denied Access
I have Stopped all services dealing with this and restarting them
I have reset Windows and kept only my normal files. All programs have been purged.
I have done just about everything i need to make it all work.
The only thing Else is to do a hard Clean install.
very calm but getting frustrated. it's been going on 2 days.
I only have time to work on it at night after work. I mean everything on this system works. So what am I missing?

It all started with my Office 2016 Pro Plus crashing.
Then Windows was not Activated.
Then I uninstalled Office
Tried to reinstall it. But it errors and not install

The 2 things I need and messing up.
If there is someone that can help. I would thank them very very much

Also, m Trouble Shooting can not find anything wrong.
When I do click on activate. It says It can not Activate this Windows 10, please make sure you are connected to the internet.
I am connected. What part of Windows is not connecting to the internet. I was thinking that the Host file was corrupted? But it is fine.
Man this should be an easy fix. But coming to be a very lengthy process.
