Talktalk webmail won't open emails

Since upgrading to W10, I have a strange issue with Talktalk email.
The first time I open an email (or compose), everything is ok.
After that, when I try to open a mail, or compose, I get a banner saying "Loading" and then the box freezes.
Chrome works normally, so presumably it's an EDGE issue.
Can anyone help? Thank you

Welcome to the forums!

If it only happens in Edge, then it's probably a browser compatibility issue - one that will either require TalkTalk or MS to fix, depending on where the bug is. There may not be much you can do when it comes to rendering/coding issues like this, other than submit a bug report to both parties.

You could try using the "send feedback" option from the "more" (3 dots) menu in edge - that should send the report to MS quite easily :).

I've your coding up to scratch, you could try and troubleshoot it yourself by pressing F12 to load up the debug console - but that's going to be a lot of work to figure out (and would still require a change from TalkTalk or MS).

I'm not technical enough to try the coding bit, but I'll try the 3 dots.
As you say, I think I'll need to try and report this one to both parties.
