Is there a button or something where I can " empty trash" with one click in windows 10?

No.

Being forced to open Recycle Bin in order to empty it forces you to check that you aren't deleting something valuable.

"Trash" as in recycle bin? (not a common reference but understandable)
OR
"Trash" as in.... inside an application such as mail or other?
Typically, I just right click the recycle bin on my desktop and choose empty from the context menu and the answer in the affirmative to the prompt.
