Video Lagging/Buffering along with green screen after upgrading to windows 10, any help?

I've noticed since upgrading to Windows 10 on Saturday that videos now whether it be on Youtube, Netflix or anywhere else lags and freezes constantly even though I have the highest speed in internet.

I first had a problem with a green screen which I managed to fix by taking off the "enable hardware acceleration" which rid the screen problem but now this issue with videos in general is really bugging me. I need to know how this can be fixed, by steps please.
