Why Isn't My PC Installing Apps?

I reset my PC, which removed some apps. When I tried to download and reinstall those apps, I got an error message saying the apps can’t run and to check my PC version.

My PC specs are:
Windows 10 Pro
64-bit system
4GB RAM
I've tried downloading Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and Microsoft Office, but none of them are running on my PC. Any advice?

Ensure that your Windows 10 is fully updated. Sometimes, applications require the latest updates to run correctly.
