Sound for watching movies and YouTube isn't playing right

My Headset is working but watching videos goes in and out, sometimes I hear music but no words when people are talking. One day everything was all right and the next day problem. Did not touch anything. It is my primary source of watching TV and etc. I turned off the enhancements but still not working correctly. Please Help
