I have Dell Laptop with Windows 7 and Office 2013. Now I upgraded it to Windows 10 without any problem. I want to do clean install of Windows 10 using Recovery option. Will the recovery option remove my office 2013.

It depend on how you created your recovery disk and how you restore. But frankly, I would advise against this primarily because you have a notebook and notebooks tend to be very proprietary - that is, you must ensure you have all the necessary Dell drivers before you start.

If the upgrade to W10 went well without any problems, I don't see why you want to do a clean install of W10. I would just suggest you create a back up image of your current W10, and keep it safe in case you have problems later.
