So for anyone like me that has is using an AMD graphics card you may also use the Catalyst control center to make sure you are using the correct settings for your games by adding them to this programs directory. And i couldn't find the .exe file for the xbox app i finally found it so for anyone wanting to know where it is at it is at:
C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.XboxApp_7.7.29027.0_x64__~~~~~~~~~
You may have to change the permissions so here is a quick guide on how to do it at this website:
