Won't boot with "bad config" message

Good morning,

My Lenovo T410 laptop will no longer boot. I have tried all sorts of fix config and recovery modes, nothing works. I think it happened after I booted a Windows To Go stick. Any suggestions how to fix this?

This is the third posting of the question at different times so I'll offer this, could it be the BIOS had to be changed to allow booting to the Windows To Go device and didn't get changed back?

I checked BIOS (but for what) and couldn't spot anything.
