I've tried various fixes, but nothing works. I've uninstalled and reinstalled both the Game Bar and Xbox app. I've also edited the registry, but the "AppCaptureEnabled" value keeps reverting to 0 instead of staying at 1. I spent hours looking for solutions on Reddit and Microsoft's support pages but found no working fix.
Recently, I tried to manually update my PC to Windows 11 following Microsoft's instructions, but it didn't work, possibly because it says my PC doesn't meet the spec requirements. Oddly, I have an older, less powerful PC running Windows 11, while my current, much better PC can't seem to handle it.
Additionally, I can't see the Game Bar in the "Apps and Features" settings. If I open it through the Microsoft Store, it works, but once I click away, I can't reopen it using any shortcuts.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
